For European orders below €44, our standard shipping rate is determined by several factors, including the shipping destination, cost and weight of the product.
Please note that shipped items may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival to the destination country, which are paid for by the customer.
How long are the shipping times?
Please allow 1 - 5 weeks for delivery. You can track your order using the tracking code in the shipment confirmation email sent to you upon receipt of your order.
All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days, though during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may be delayed slightly.
Shipping times are determined by several factors, including the variety of products in an order and the shipping destination. Depending on the destination in the world, orders might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections, so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the expected timeframe.
If, by chance, your item has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact Customer Support so we can assist you regarding the status of your order.

Can I change my shipping address?
We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has been placed. There is typically a small window of time before the order is processed when we can update the address before it ships out. Please contact Customer Support ASAP after placing your order.
My order says it’s shipped, but I don’t see any movement on the tracking.
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update once you receive the shipment confirmation email. If you still don’t see any information after this time, please contact Customer Support.
Return & Exchange Policy
We always ask the Delivery Angels to protect all deliveries, though if you'd like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact Customer Support within 33 days of receiving your order. We will send you a confirmation email specifying a return address.
You can return your purchase in exchange for a Self Love Marketplace gift card or a replacement product of equal value from our Self Love Shop, or you can return your purchase for a full refund of the product price.
In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, sending photos will help us process your return or exchange request. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cots.
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, providing a descriptive reason will help us process your return or exchange request. You are responsible for the return shipping cots.
